All data from timesheets, rotas, leave, and employee records is automatically collected and aggregated—ready to review and export to your payroll or accounting team for processing payslips.
Every dental practice is different, so we tailor the onboarding experience to fit your needs. New practices receive one-on-one training from a dedicated member of our onboarding team, guiding you step by step to make the transition as smooth as possible.
All users will have the Dentistry HR App installed on their iOS or Android device and clock-in and out using the app. This is ring fenced to your practice by location or can be setup to require the team to scan a QR code in practice to check-in.
Use Auto Populate to fill in the selected weeks from working patterns, then tidy in the grid. Finish with publish and share.
Set my locations in filters and group by location. You’ll see per-day totals per site and can drag shifts if cross-site work is allowed.
Export the data as an excel, then import into your payroll system. The export contains all necessary fields for processing payslips.
