Onboarding Tool
Simplify the process when welcoming a new team member, by sending out offer letters, contracts and reference requests using the onboarding tool. This also captures all you need to create a great induction plan and ensure you complete regular probation reviews. You will also have all the correct new starter documentation including right to work documentation.
Self-service team portal
Your team can access their personal information on an app directly from their smartphone or tablet to request leave, manage their own documents and review their rota, reducing the paperwork and manual process for line managers who are able to approve, share and delegate requests and information in the click of a button.
Rota System
Create your practice rotas with ease with options to auto generate rotas from team working patters, alternatively you can create template rotas for weeks in advance. All options allow you to view, adjust and share your team rota efficiently, reducing time spent on manual excel rotas.
Holiday and attendance management
Using the app to clock in and out, your team are able to record their attendance at work. Your team members can request annual leave via self service, and you are able to view, approve and manage team attendance.
Payroll
Fully automated payroll processing solution, which eliminates the needs for separate manual excel documents and calculations. Effortless payroll data export which gives a full overview and calculation of hours worked, absence, overtime and adjustments, which can be exported to excel for submission to accounts.
HR Policies
Have access to a wide range of HR policies to enable your practice to be compliant, keep your practice running smoothly and minimise the risk of any disputes.
