The new Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals in London will open on Huntley Street at the start of October
Next door to the Macmillan Cancer Centre and close to University College Hospital, the new facility will be one of Europe’s largest centres for the treatment of head and neck conditions, including dental, ENT and hearing speech and balance.
All services which are currently based Eastman Dental Hospital and all outpatient services based at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital are moving to the new hospital.
The wards, theatres and sleep diagnostics will remain at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital on Gray’s Inn Road until 2020, when the other major development, a cancer and surgery facility, opens.
CEO Marcel Levi said ‘It is a very busy and exciting time as we count down to the new facility opening in October.
‘Here patients will be treated by the same expert clinical teams but in a much more modern environment allowing further improvements to their care.’
