Mark Topley helps business owners and managers to grow their leadership, teams and businesses with purpose.
In this talk, he will bring his 20+ years of leadership experience in dentistry to help delegates successfully navigate the minefield of being a dental boss in 2023.
Mark said: ‘Almost every owner and manager faces the same team problems in 2023: recruitment, retention, remuneration and risk of poaching by competitors.
‘Every boss has to protect themself from these four R’s by creating an environment that people don’t want to leave, even when the going gets tough.
‘Too many bosses are beating a retreat, having lost energy and direction. They tolerate poor attitude and performance, powerless to address toxic culture creep.’
