David Hasselhoff has sampled some of the quality dentistry recently recognised at this year’s Dentistry Awards.
The Hoff took time out from his Christmas pantomime role in Glasgow to visit Dentistry on the Square.
The practice was honoured twice at The Dentistry Awards on 27 November, winning Best Practice and Best Patient Care in the Scotland & Northern Ireland regional category.
The former Baywatch actor and Britain’s Got Talent judge tweeted a picture of himself with practice principal Dr Mark Skimming.
Of the visit, The Hoff said: ‘Thanks for keeping us smiling! Merry Xmas to you and the lovely staff @dotsglasgow’.
From probes to hooks
Dr Skimming is an advocate of pain-free dentistry and holds a masters degree in advanced dentistry.
He is a member of the British Dental Association and has published three dental guides, including: How Glasgow Women Can Now Say Goodbye to Their Twisted, Crooked and Uneven Teeth, and How To End Missing Teeth And Denture Anguish.
David Hasselhoff is currently playing Captain Hook in Peter Pan at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow, alongside The Krankies.
The Dentistry Awards 2016 will take place in Leicester on 25 November 2016.
