Shiraz Khan will be cycling with a group from Central London to Oxford on 21 May, all in the name of charity.
The fundraising is to provide some aid to those in need in Gaza, after many homes were destroyed last year.
The Ummah Welfare Trust has recently been granted permission to build a water plant in Gaza.
‘We are very fortunate to be part of this profession, however on occasions the profession can become all-encompassing, and I myself lose sight of other world affairs,’ Shiraz said.
‘So I accepted this challenge as a way to remind myself that we should all be thankful for what we have, as even though we struggle with many difficulties, one man’s problems are another man’s dreams.’

The route will start at Alder Street, London, E1, and will end in the centre of the beautiful city of Oxford.
